Deborah Miles-Johnson‘s recent “glorious performance” with the Cheltenham Bach Choir in Elgar’s The Music Makers was “reassuringly Elgarian” according to This is Gloucestershire – I’m sorry I missed it, especially as my daughter was singing in the choir!  Their Göttingen concert was also reviewed in the local press: “Dark and full-timbred, mezzo-soprano Deborah Miles Johnson cleverly balanced her lyrical and dramatic tones.  The enthusiasm of the listeners at the end could scarcely be restrained...”
