Adrian Butterfield gives a recital with Laurence Cummings for Cambridge Early Music on 7 March, and directs Handel’s Israel in Egypt with the London Handel Orchestra and soloists including Natalie Montakhab and Greg Tassell on 8 March for Grayshott Concerts.
Adrian is also busy with the Revolutionary Drawing Room who play at Lakeside Arts in Nottingham on 13 March, the NCEM in York on 15 March, and Teesside Music Society in Nunthorpe on 16 March.
Also on 13 March, Steven Devine plays Brandenburg 5 with the European Union Chamber Orchestra at Warwick Arts Centre, and juice give a concert for nonclassical at the Cockpit in Leeds following a workshop the previous day for Leeds College of Music.
We have teams of soloists with choral societies around the country, particularly on 22 March (2 x Bach’s B minor Mass, in Ealing with Kirsty Hopkins, Esther Brazil, Robert Anthony Gardiner and James Birchall and in Chester with Philippa Hyde, Clare McCaldin, Simon Wall and Alex Ashworth) and 29 March.
Sarah Leonard tours the UK with John Harle and Marc Almond in The Tyburn Tree from 2 to 6 March.
Peter Whelan tours the US with the Irish Baroque Orchestra at the beginning of March - his latest release with members of Ensemble Marsyas was featured on BBC Radio 3’s 'In Tune' "Delightful. You've made the case for the renaissance of the bassoon."
